The Work Sharp Culinary E5 takes sharpening kitchen knives to a new level. The device offers angle guides and timer-controlled sharpening intervals, as well as different speeds for the integrated grinding belts to ensure easy handling. The automated maintenance-free dust removal system and the low noise level make operation clean and quiet so that your countertop doesn’t mutate into a workbench. The premium model comes with 3 sharpening speeds: for creating an edge, for sharpening and stropping. Fully automated timer control for perfectly calibrated sharpening intervals. The additional ceramic rod (usable length: 20 cm) with a coarse-grain and fine-grain grinding surface and an angle guide can be used to touch up the edge. It also offers the MicroForge to turn a straight edge into a micro-serrated edge in seconds. Power: 220V. Comes with two grinding belts (Medium /P120).
