Description
The Solingen Hippekniep was already used centuries ago as a robust working knife by farmers, which can still be seen today in its stable and simple construction. The knife, also known as goat knife, combines tradition and craftsmanship. A precise workmanship and handle scales made of high-quality walnut root wood give the knife a special charm. The blade made of non-stainless C75 is opened by nail nick and does not lock. Liners and rivets are made of brass and are ground flush with the handle scales.
