In this version, the MKM Prima steak knife is equipped with a cutting blade made of X50CrMoV15 with a hardness of 55-57 HRC. Typical Anso is the handle made of olive wood, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines. Set consisting of two steak knives.
