In this special version, the MKM Prima steak knife is equipped with a noble Takefu Damascus blade with 65 layers at a hardness of 61-63 HRC. Typically Anso, the handle is made of golden-black FAT carbon, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
