With a vanadium content of nearly 15%, this remarkable material offers the highest wear resistance of any cold work steel available today. The fully flat ground, satin finish blade of this knife goes through a special heat treatment protocol developed by renowned knifemaker Shawn Houston. The result is a blade that combines extreme sharpness with unsurpassed edge retention. To further distinguish it, the Sprint Run variant features brown G-10 handle scales with a non-slip peel-ply texture. All other aspects of this elite knife are consistent with the proven Manix 2 platform, including fully skeletonized stainless steel liners, a robust Ball Bearing Lock mechanism and a convertible pocket clip (tip-up/l+r).
