With the 1896 series, Due Cigni presents a particularly high-quality kitchen knife series that crowns the assortment of the manufacturer from the traditional knife town Maniago. The knives lie perfectly in the hand with their finely grained walnut wood handles, whereby the classic riveting perfects the optical and haptic balance. For the blades, the proven X50CrMoV15 is used, which perfectly combines cutting durability and corrosion resistance. The Bread Knife is characterized by the special serration, as well as the very long blade. In addition to bread, other hard foods can also be cut very well. In contrast to the classic Kitchen Knife these are not crushed when cutting with the Bread Knife.
