Description
This new knife came into being on a special needs request by SOCOM (Special Operation Command). James Williams’ goal was to design a large folding knife that was still extremely flat and easy to carry. The result is the impressive Otanashi Noh Ken, meaning “the silent sword”. The traditional Japanese Osoraku blade made of modern AUS-8 is based on models from the 16th century. The Otanashi Noh Ken has a longer blade than the Hissatsu Folder yet is still designed to be even flatter than the much smaller Heiho. The knife sits very deep in the pocket thanks to its special clip but ist always close at hand. The frame lock can also be secured via the LAWKS.
