Cold Steel’s Hide Out was designed as a small, inexpensive and super-practical neck knife. The result is a true featherweight, weighing in at just 43 g. Its satin-finished double-edged blade made of Japanese AUS 8A has a Scandi grind. It is therefore very sharp and also very resistant to bending, with a tip that remains very stable and hard-wearing despite its sharpness. The continuous tang is sheathed in a weatherproof Kray-Ex handle, which is extremely narrow and flat in design. The handle is finely contoured and deeply textured to provide both a secure grip and easy switching between different grip options. Thanks to the included Secure-Ex sheath with ball chain, the neck knife can be carried discreetly and comfortably. With lanyard loop.
