Description
150 years of Boker knives – definitely a good reason to celebrate! And of course, we want our customers take part in that celebration. The selected models of this anniversary series are each an important part of Boker history, and thus represent a kind of overview over the years of production, from the oldest of all, our Camp Knife, up to more modern designs like the Cub. These exceptional models are equipped with handle scales crafted of stabilized Curly Birch, in a rich green. The unique grain and color of this wood blends in perfectly with the new blade finish, which is a special mix between a polished surface and a satin finish. The blades all feature an elaborate two color etching, with a genuine gold etched Boker tree in the ancient version, and a deep black inscription, which creates an amazing contrast and a very special appeal. This type of etching is a very traditional way of applying a logo on a blade, and has a long tradition, especially in Solingen, for high quality knives. Additionally, the tree logo in the handle is a special anniversary edition as well, to underline the uniqueness of this celebration. All knives in this series are made exclusively for the U.S. market, individually serial numbered and strictly limited to 150 pieces each. They are handmade in our Solingen Manufactory, and come in special anniversary packaging with a certificate of authenticity. The classic design in the mid-sized version, and with the newly developed handle structure which is fully CNC milled out of G10, for minimum weight and maximum strength. Featuring Böhler N690 blade steel.
