We harnessed their decades of experience, excellent know-how and finely honed every day sense for the requirements and needs of cooking and kitchen enthusiasts in our product development of the Boker Core series, combined with our almost 150 years of experience as a Solingen Knife Manufactory. The results is a product with dynamic lines, excellent handling and breathtaking cutting capability that earned the quality rating “recommended by leading retailers”. The practical and perfectly proportioned handles made of synthetic complete the overall picture. They are highly moisture resistant and can also be used in professional restaurants without hesitation. Especially in the kitchen, hygiene has to meet the highest standards at all times. Compared to a regular cutlery fork, the Meat Fork offers the advantage of its two long and very sharp tines that can easily penetrate deep into the meat. That makes it perfect for carving and serving large pieces of cooked meat. Thanks to its long tines and handle, the Meat Fork is also a great BBQ tool.
