The 9.5″ Fillet Knife is the right size for handling salmon, pike, trout or other larger fish. The razor sharp 420J2 stainless steel blade offers excellent corrosion resistance – ideal for use in wet environments. The steel is also very durable and easy to resharpen. In addition, it offers just the right amount of flexibility to facilitate filleting and preserve the tender flesh and flavor of the fish. The handle is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon and has a rubberized sheath of the exclusive K-Texture for a secure grip. Supplied with custom-fit blade guard.
