Even the most cutting steel has to be resharpened at some point in order to continue to master every cutting task with ease. The regrinding and sharpening of knives from our line of products will soon be possible as a stand alone service to all our customers. We encourage customers to drop us a line with their requests and questions.

Signs of usage, re-sharpening and damages, which came from the lack of care, dismantling or rather disassemble from the knife or improper use aren`t covered by the warranty. A knife is a cutting tool and not a screwdriver, lever tool, chisel or a crowbar. If any problems should occur with your knife, please contact us. We will be glad to help you. All other products are liable to the legal implied warranty of 12 months. Should your knife be damaged by external influence or it needs a restauration, please feel free to contact us.

Before you send us your knife and it is irrelevant whether it is a guarantee-repairing, a cost estimate for a repairing outside of the guarantee or your knife should be re-sharpening (after we have prior confirmed this option), please clean your knives, especially those which are used for hunting, so that there isn’t any dried up liquid, coat or debris on the blade or the knife handle! Please remove food scraps, too. Otherwise a 50 € fee will be charged.
