Careers - RWK Outdoors
Your career at RWKOutdoors
At RWK Outdoors we do things a bit differently. There is no corporate nonsense and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in dozens of self-sufficient and autonomous teams provided you are experienced enough. Think of them like start-ups within a start-up that learn from each other.
Our HR Strategy is simple: To attract and retain top talent and like-minded people who intrinsically get a buzz out of building success. People who don’t need to be motivated to come to work because it’s in their blood. Our colleagues do not hide behind fancy job titles.
We believe that business needs to be disruptive and creative in order to thrive and we think it’s important to provide an exciting and vibrant place to work. But we admit we’re not for everyone. We are successful because we have high standards, work hard and hire smart people with strong critical thinking skills – people who are honest and confident enough to say “I don’t know – BUT I’ll find out!” People whose burning questions during interviews include “How many sick and vacation days do I get?” do not need to apply. Your time here will be fast and furious and quite the ride but the rewards will be plenty and shall measure the size of your talent and contribution to the team’s success.
Are you interested in accompanying our expansion as an employee? Then simply take a look at our current vacancies or send us an unsolicited application.
