For its 90th birthday, the Antonini company, founded in 1925, presented the Old Bear series, which interprets the classic pocket knife in a very convincing way. The heart of the knives are the handles made of wood, which carry the traditional locking mechanism. A rotating ring inserted in the brass ferrule, which locks the blade both open and closed, was patented in 1985 by the Todesco company in Maniago, the active partner in this project, as a lock for pocket knives.
