The MAC family business was founded in 1964 and has since specialized in diving knives, fishing knives and rescue knives. Based in Maniago, Solingen in Italy, MAC is characterized above all by its high level of vertical integration. With the arrival of Matteo Di Bon in 2003, the production was comprehensively modernized and switched to computer control, and all production processes are carried out in-house, right down to the mold construction for the numerous thermoplastic handles and sheaths. MAC's long experience with the demands of divers results in a wide range for the most diverse demands under water.
