GiantMouse Knives is the result of a joint idea by Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Together with a collector and entrepreneur from the USA, the two world-renowned Danish designers have built their own knife brand. High-quality materials and extremely good workmanship are a matter of course for the two perfectionists. In contrast to the regular GiantMouse knives, the models of the ACE series are not only produced in small series and are finally available for knife fans from all over the world.
