The manufactory founded by Marino Farfalli in Maniago, Italy, has been making knives since the 1950s. In addition to pocket knives, which were particularly popular with tourists, Farfalli has specialized in corkscrews and fine sommelier knives over the years. Many innovations and new developments in this area have meanwhile made Farfalli world famous.
