Founded in 1902, Cognet, the cutlers from Thiers, France, manufacture knives that are especially popular and widely used in Africa, and have remained virtually unchanged for almost 100 years. The Douk-Douk has a simple, easy-to-repair design, is very comfortable to wear thanks to the extremely slim design.
