Description
The home of the world-famous Laguiole knives is in Thiers, a small town in the Auvergne region of France that has been famous for its cutlery for 500 years. Originally inspired by folding knives from Andalusia, the elegant knives with the famous bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal, have been produced there in a wide variety of designs for generations. This high-quality waiter’s knife enhances the anticipation of a fine glass of wine. The individually forged and hardened T12 blade is stainless and comes with a bottle opener. The steel of the fixed knife has a hardness of 57 to 58 HRC, which makes the blade very resilient and its sharpness usually lasts for several years. Thanks to the balanced dimensioning, opening the bottle with the corkscrew is effortless. The noble olive wood handle is highly polished and gives the knives a classy look.
