The two-bladed slipjoint pocket knife with its dark acid-wash blades made of non-stainless C75 carbon steel not only offers excellent cutting properties, but can also be easily re-sharpened. The noble handle scales are made from the oak wood of time-honoured whisky casks, which after decades of storage are now allowed to take on a new task.
