The unique Magnum Collection line has been captivating knife collectors on all continents for decades. Selected materials, exceptional workmanship and the design of an internationally renowned knifemaker are the exquisite ingredients for the strictly limited Magnum Collector’s Knives. For the year 2021, no one less than the award-winning and internationally successful knifemaker Jesper Voxnaes designed the new annual knife, after he had already contributed a design to the series ten years ago. Together with the versatile designer from Denmark, we can look back on a long partnership that has resulted in many extremely popular knives and also a deep friendship. Whether for the wilderness, everyday use or the kitchen, his designs always impress with Nordic minimalism and well thought-out innovations. The joint development of a further Magnum Collection annual knife is therefore only logical and can be seen as another accolade for the collaboration. The impressive camp and outdoor knife meets the high demands of both showcase affine knife enthusiasts and the requirements of enthusiastic outdoor enthusiasts. The massive Droppoint blade made of D2 is extremely slim and has a noble satin finish. The jimpings on the back of the blade promise a secure grip even for heavy work and the two openings on the hand guard allow the knife to be fixed with string, wire or similar for extended outdoor applications. The ergonomic handle is equipped with polished Micarta scales, which are additionally provided with a discreet red fibre layer. The three decorative handle screws are much more striking, which further emphasise the strength of the outdoor knife. The opulent lanyard hole for attaching lanyards rounds off the knife’s features. The Magnum Collection 2021 is limited to 1,999 pieces worldwide. It comes with a high-quality leather sheath in an exclusive collector’s box and with a certificate of authenticity.
